Work you'll do
As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition on the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the experienced hire recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing and screening resumes, interview coordination, interview kick-offs, debrief discussions, offer approvals, offer extension, and candidate disposition.
- Supporting hiring demand fulfillment against assigned recruiting targets by partnering with business stakeholders and sourcing teams to build active and passive candidate pipelines.
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring lifecycle to support timely decision-making and candidate experience.
- Tracking recruiting activity through applicant tracking systems and reporting tools, including data accuracy, process metrics, and analytics used to identify process gaps and sourcing opportunities.
- Supporting employer brand and recruiting program activities, including market mapping, competitive intelligence, compensation insights, recruitment scheduling, and post-offer engagement.

Talent team offers HR solutions by tapping into the different aspects of HR policies, to ensure every professional’s engagement with the organization is meaningful. It is structured into five major organizations: Talent Acquisition, Talent Delivery, Talent Development, Talent Specialties and Talent Operations. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will work with our business leaders to develop, implement and execute successful recruiting programs and effective reporting and analytics.

Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Master of Business Administration or equivalent degree
- 6-9 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or experienced hire hiring
- Experience managing end-to-end interview and offer processes, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, debriefs, offer approvals, and offer rollout
- Experience working with hiring managers, business stakeholders, and sourcing teams to meet hiring demand
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and maintaining recruiting data accuracy
- Experience producing recruiting reports and using analytics to identify process gaps and sourcing opportunities
Preferred:
- Experience supporting recruitment for professional services or consulting organizations
- Experience in market mapping and passive candidate sourcing
- Experience with employer brand or recruitment marketing initiatives
- Experience preparing presentations or storyboards for recruiting activities
- Experience using market intelligence or compensation data to support recruiting decisions
