Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Talent Acquisition on the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for supporting the recruiting program for the USI firm.
- Manage the experienced hire recruiting process, including sourcing and screening resumes, interview scheduling, interview kick-offs, debrief sessions, offer approvals, offer extension, and candidate disposition
- Fulfill assigned hiring demand targets and support pipeline development through active and passive sourcing channels
- Partner with business stakeholders and Core Talent Services sourcing teams to align recruiting activity with business needs and hiring priorities
- Maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle and support post-offer pursuit activities and candidate communications
- Track recruiting metrics, maintain applicant tracking system data, and use analytics to identify process gaps, sourcing opportunities, and areas for improvement
The team
Talent team offers HR solutions by tapping into the different aspects of HR policies, to ensure every professional’s engagement with the organization is meaningful. It is structured into five major organizations: Talent Acquisition, Talent Delivery, Talent Development, Talent Specialties and Talent Operations. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will work with our business leaders to develop, implement and execute successful recruiting programs and effective reporting and analytics.

Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- MBA or equivalent degree
- 3-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or experienced hire hiring
- Experience managing end-to-end interview and offer processes
- Experience sourcing candidates through active and passive channels
- Experience maintaining applicant tracking system data and recruiting reports
- Experience using recruiting metrics and analytics to support hiring decisions and process improvement
Preferred:
- Experience supporting recruitment for a professional services organization
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders on hiring demand and recruiting strategy
- Experience preparing presentations, recruiting updates, or hiring dashboards
- Experience supporting employer branding or market mapping initiatives
