Work you'll do
As a Specialist Manager, Talent Acquisition on the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the experienced-hire recruiting process, including sourcing and screening resumes, selecting candidates for interview, conducting interview kick-offs and debrief sessions, managing offer approvals, extending offers, and dispositioning candidates.
- Meeting assigned hiring demand targets while supporting recruitment scheduling, interviewer preparation, and post-offer pursuit activities.
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, business stakeholders, and sourcing teams throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Advising the business on recruiting process execution based on hiring needs, market conditions, and workforce demand.
- Maintaining applicant tracking system data and using recruiting metrics and analytics to identify process gaps, improve efficiency, and support sourcing strategy.
The team
Talent team offers HR solutions by tapping into the different aspects of HR policies, to ensure every professional’s engagement with the organization is meaningful. It is structured into five major organizations: Talent Acquisition, Talent Delivery, Talent Development, Talent Specialties and Talent Operations. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will work with our business leaders to develop, implement and execute successful recruiting programs and effective reporting and analytics.

Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- MBA or equivalent degree
- 10-11 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or staffing
- Experience managing experienced-hire recruiting across sourcing, screening, interviews, debriefs, offers, and candidate disposition
- Experience using an applicant tracking system to maintain candidate data and recruiting activity records
- Experience using recruiting metrics, reporting, and analytics to track hiring progress and identify process gaps
- Experience conducting market research and talent mapping to support candidate sourcing
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders and sourcing teams to meet hiring demand
Preferred:
- Experience recruiting for professional services, consulting, or shared services organizations
- Experience supporting hiring across multiple business functions or skill areas
- Experience managing offer negotiation and offer approval processes
- Experience supporting employer branding or recruiting marketing initiatives
- Experience preparing presentations, dashboards, or storyboards for recruiting updates
- Experience recruiting within Hyderabad or similar India-based delivery environments
