Work you'll do
As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition on the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for supporting experienced-hire recruiting for the USI firm by:
- Managing end-to-end experienced-hire recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, debrief discussions, offer approvals, offer extension, and candidate dispositioning
- Meeting assigned hiring demand targets and supporting execution of recruiting plans aligned to business needs
- Partnering with business stakeholders and sourcing teams to build candidate pipelines through active and passive channels
- Maintaining candidate, requisition, and hiring activity data in the applicant tracking system and using recruiting analytics to identify process gaps and sourcing opportunities
- Supporting candidate engagement, interviewer preparation, post-offer follow-up, and brand-building activities throughout the hiring lifecycle

Talent team offers HR solutions by tapping into the different aspects of HR policies, to ensure every professional’s engagement with the organization is meaningful. It is structured into five major organizations: Talent Acquisition, Talent Delivery, Talent Development, Talent Specialties and Talent Operations. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will work with our business leaders to develop, implement and execute successful recruiting programs and effective reporting and analytics.

Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- MBA or equivalent degree
- 6 to 9 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources
- Experience managing experienced-hire recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate communication
- Experience using an applicant tracking system to maintain candidate records and recruitment workflows
- Experience preparing recruiting reports, dashboards, or analytics
- Experience conducting market research, talent mapping, or compensation benchmarking
Preferred:
- Experience recruiting for professional services, shared services, or corporate functions
- Experience partnering with sourcing teams to build active and passive candidate pipelines
- Experience supporting post-offer engagement activities
- Experience creating recruiting presentations or storyboards
- Experience supporting target-based hiring programs
