Work you'll do
As a Specialist - Talent Acquisition on the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for:
- Manage the experienced hire recruitment process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, interview kick-offs, debrief sessions, offer approvals, offer extensions, and candidate rejections.
- Fulfill assigned hiring demand and orderboard targets while maintaining timely progress across open requisitions.
- Partner with business stakeholders, sourcing teams, and internal recruiters to build candidate pipelines through active and passive sourcing channels.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system data, recruiting metrics, and reporting to support process management and decision-making.
- Support post-offer engagement activities, candidate communications, and stakeholder coordination to deliver a consistent recruitment experience.
The team
Talent team offers HR solutions by tapping into the different aspects of HR policies, to ensure every professional’s engagement with the organization is meaningful. It is structured into five major organizations: Talent Acquisition, Talent Delivery, Talent Development, Talent Specialties and Talent Operations. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will work with our business leaders to develop, implement and execute successful recruiting programs and effective reporting and analytics.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM or 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- MBA or equivalent degree
- 3-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or experienced hire recruitment
- Experience using an applicant tracking system
- Experience supporting interview scheduling, offer management, and candidate communication
- Experience maintaining recruiting reports, metrics, or dashboards
Preferred:
- Experience recruiting for professional services, consulting, or corporate functions
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis
- Experience supporting sourcing strategy for active and passive candidates
- Experience with compensation benchmarking or offer negotiation support
- Experience coordinating post-offer engagement or candidate pursuit activities
