The USI D&A Skills Manager leads USI D&A delivery across next phase implementation and Wave 1 sustainment for the Skills landscape, ensuring alignment to program priorities, disciplined execution, and a mature support model.
This role is critical to the effective delivery, evolution, and sustainment of the organization’s Skills landscape by: leading the Skills D&A operations team and owning the sustainment support model; partnering with Deloitte Consulting Services, DT, and program leadership to align and prioritize wave and sustainment work (including vendor interactions and SOW/MSA delivery); identifying and escalating risks across technology, scope, resources, and timeline; and providing advisory support as the program transitions to a post-Wave 2 sustainment model.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Manager, Technical Project and Program Management on the TIS – Talent Innovation & Solution team, you will be responsible for leading implementation and sustainment activities across the Skills landscape.
- Lead the Skills D&A operations team to execute implementation and sustainment activities and meet support objectives.
- Own sustainment reporting for the Skills landscape, including monthly reporting for SkillsIQ and the Skills Management Tool.
- Oversee vendor interactions and service delivery to help ensure issues are addressed in line with service level expectations and signed statements of work.
- Partner with DT, Deloitte Consulting Services, and program leadership to align priorities across wave delivery, build, test, cutover, and sustainment planning.
- Provide advisory support for the post-Wave 2 sustainment model and escalate risks across technology, scope, resources, and timeline.

- Experience managing program governance, prioritization, and risk escalation

- Experience partnering with business, technology, and program leadership stakeholders
- Experience preparing written and verbal updates for leadership audiences

- Experience supporting HR technology, talent, or skills platform initiatives
