The USI D&A Skills Lead executes core sustainment and Wave 2 implementation work within the Skills D&A portfolio—balancing day-to-day operational support with hands-on delivery across the implementation lifecycle.
This role fills a critical hands-on execution gap by: managing key sustainment responsibilities (ticket triage, system access, SkillsIQ administration, reporting); supporting process and reporting improvements to increase efficiency and service quality; supporting build, test, and cutover activities while independently driving assigned implementation deliverables; identifying and escalating risks across technology, scope, resources, and timeline; and partnering with Deloitte Consulting Services and DT to support alignment across implementation and sustainment.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Technical Project and Program Management on the TIS – Talent Innovation & Solution team, you will be responsible for:
- Executing sustainment activities, including ticket triage, system access administration, SkillsIQ (Eightfold) administration, and Wave 1 sustainment reporting
- Supporting process improvements and sustainment reporting enhancements to improve efficiency and service quality
- Supporting monthly reporting across the Skills landscape, including SkillsIQ and the Skills Management Tool
- Partnering with Deloitte Consulting Services and DT to support build, test, cutover, and sustainment planning activities
- Driving assigned implementation deliverables and escalating risks related to technology, scope, resources, and timeline

Qualifications
Required:
- EXPERIENCE SUPPORTING HR, TALENT, SKILLS, OR ADJACENT SYSTEMS AND REPORTING — 6-7years
- Experience managing tickets and requests and documenting operational processes
- Experience administering system access, platform support activities, or operational reporting
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, including DT and Deloitte Consulting Services
- Experience supporting implementation lifecycle activities, including build, test, cutover, or sustainment
- Experience supporting both run operations and implementation or change activities
Preferred:
- Experience with SkillsIQ (Eightfold) or similar talent intelligence platforms
- Experience supporting monthly sustainment or operational reporting
- Experience identifying and escalating risks related to technology, scope, resources, or timeline
