As a Specialist Manager, Analytics and Insights, you will partner with Talent leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to design data-driven solutions, shape reporting strategy, and deliver executive-ready insights. This role is ideal for a professional who combines analytics, stakeholder management, and storytelling to help drive informed decision-making across the talent lifecycle.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Manager, Analytics and Insights on the People Analytics team, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with stakeholders across the talent lifecycle to design data solutions that support business decisions and talent operations
- Developing executive-ready analytics, dashboards, visualizations, and presentations using tools such as PowerPoint, Tableau, and One Model
- Leading strategic reporting and analytics initiatives, including roadmap development, project coordination, and cross-team delivery
- Supporting complex analyses and high-priority data requests from senior leaders to enable informed decision-making
- Managing junior team members while advising Talent leaders on opportunities identified through workforce data and insights
The team
The People Analytics team collaborates across Talent and the business to uncover data-driven insights to solve business challenges across the talent lifecycle and enable transformational change inside of Deloitte. Our teams (e.g., data science, surveys, candidate assessments, evaluation, sensing) provide a holistic and client-centric approach that complements our wide range of analytical tools and methods to identify valuable workforce insights which, in turn, fuels the business.
This role engages directly with Talent leadership/teams to deliver on requests across products and services People Analytics offers. Client Solutions professionals are expected to act as data advisors, developing strong, concise points of view for leadership to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of experience in project management, reporting, analytics, and data visualization
- Experience with data transformation or data modeling tools such as Tableau Prep or Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Experience creating executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and analytics deliverables
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams in a business environment
- Experience aggregating and analyzing operational data to identify insights and trends
- Experience managing team members and coordinating deliverables across multiple stakeholders
