Work you'll do
As a Specialist Manager, Talent Development on the Deloitte Leadership and Human Potential team, you will be responsible for:
- Driving the DLHP Culture, Experience, Belonging, Total Rewards, and Empowered Wellbeing learning portfolio in alignment with learning and talent development strategy.
- Managing portfolio operations, including demand analysis, budgeting, faculty strategy, delivery management, communications, reporting, evaluation, content evolution, and vendor coordination.
- Designing and developing learner-centered solutions that translate research, skill needs, and business priorities into scalable development experiences.
- Collaborating with DLHP team members, subject matter experts, academic partners, and program teams across geographies to execute curriculum strategy and annual development plans.
- Using learner feedback, dashboards, and portfolio data to assess performance, support continuous improvement, and drive execution across multiple priorities.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 12+ years of experience in learning and development, talent development, instructional design, or learning program management
- Experience designing and delivering learning programs for enterprise or professional services organizations
- Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams in a matrixed organization
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, subject matter experts, and program teams across geographies
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, reporting, or learning portfolio operations
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams for analysis, presentations, written communications, and collaboration
Preferred:
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment
- Experience supporting learning programs in culture, employee experience, total rewards, or wellbeing domains
