Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Rewards and Well-Being on the Compensation & Recognition team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting market benchmarking activities and analyzing compensation data for trends and pay positioning.
- Coordinating compensation survey submissions, reporting, and job matching activities with survey providers and internal stakeholders.
- Analyzing recruitment and compensation data to identify hiring patterns, range utilization issues, and initial insights for business stakeholders.
- Supporting annual compensation activities, including incentive budget planning, data validation, quality checks, and compensation process implementation.
- Maintaining compensation data files, preparing reports and presentation materials, and identifying data issues for follow-up and resolution.
The team
The Rewards and Well-Being team supports compensation and recognition programs through benchmarking, market analysis, reporting, and process execution. The team works closely with compensation advisors, business stakeholders, and internal operations teams to support pay decisions and annual compensation activities. This role contributes to data-driven compensation support for U.S./USI teams supporting DTTL and member firms.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 2-4 years of experience in human resources, compensation, rewards, or recognition processes.
- Master of Business Administration in Human Resources with experience in compensation processes; or bachelor's degree in Commerce, Arts, Science, or Computer Applications with experience supporting compensation processes.
- Experience supporting market benchmarking, compensation survey submissions, or job evaluation activities.
- Experience analyzing compensation, recruitment, or workforce data using Microsoft Excel.
- Experience preparing reports, presentations, or analysis for compensation or HR stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a compensation center of excellence or HR shared services compensation function in a multinational company.
- Experience using compensation tools such as CompAnalyst or ADP compensation planning tools.
- Experience supporting annual compensation cycles, incentive planning, or user acceptance testing.
