Position Summary

Work you'll do

As an Associate, Analytics and Insights on the USI Real Estate Services team, you will be responsible for…

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of assets, including procurement, tagging, usage, and disposal
  • Partner with Property Accounting to support asset tagging and conduct annual and random physical verifications across locations
  • Perform periodic audits to verify asset tagging, inventory records, and supporting documentation
  • Coordinate with Finance, SPS, Firm Tax, OGC, vendors, landlords, and facility teams to support GST registration and compliance documentation
  • Maintain lease records, legal documents, standard operating procedures, reports, and presentation materials to support team and leadership needs

The team

USI Real Estate team is responsible for managing the facilities for USI locations which includes Lease Management, Construction Management, Space Management, Upkeeping of Engineering Equipment, Occupancy Costs Budgeting & Reporting - Capex & Opex.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

  • Graduate degree in Commerce
  • 2+ years of experience in asset management, inventory management, audit support, facilities operations, real estate operations, or compliance support
  • Experience conducting physical verification, asset tracking, inventory reconciliation, or documentation control activities
  • Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders, vendors, landlords, or support teams to complete operational or compliance-driven processes
  • Experience maintaining records, reports, standard operating procedures, or audit documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting corporate real estate, facilities, lease administration, or workplace operations
  • Experience supporting Goods and Services Tax registration or statutory documentation processes
  • Experience working with internal controls, audit observations, or compliance remediation activities
  • Experience maintaining lease files or physical safe custody records
  • Experience preparing presentations or reports for leadership stakeholders
