As a Services Specialist, Firm Risk, Compliance, and Governance Services on the Third Party Risk Management team, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing data in the TPRM Gateway to support reporting, diligence activities, and process monitoring for third parties of Deloitte U.S. Firms
- Executing system queries, identifying anomalies, and supporting issue resolution against defined operational objectives
- Providing technical support for TPRM Gateway, including user access, user interface, reporting, monitoring, bulk import jobs, and process support
- Troubleshooting platform issues, documenting changes and defects, and coordinating fixes and vendor support cases as needed
- Collaborating with stakeholders in the US and USI to process third-party submissions, support business requirements, and improve the efficiency of the TPRM Gateway

Qualifications
Required:
- MCA, B.E, B.Tech, or B.Sc
- 4 to 6 years of experience in application configuration, administration, development, or platform support
- Experience supporting user requests, issue resolution, or ticket queues in an enterprise application environment
- Experience troubleshooting applications or platforms and documenting fixes, changes, or support activities
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence
- Experience reading and writing system logic, including conditions and validations
Preferred:
- Experience with Aravo configuration
- Experience with Transact-SQL queries for ad-hoc reporting in SQL Server
- Experience building reports in Tableau, SQL Server Reporting Services, or Excel
- Experience creating design documentation for application configuration using Microsoft Visio or similar data modeling tools
- Experience in investigations, forensic reviews, or implementation testing
