As a Services Specialist, Firm Risk, Compliance, and Governance Services on the Risk & Brand Protection team, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing request for proposals, agreements, statements of work, non-disclosure agreements, and other contractual documents to identify risk and recommend mitigations aligned to Deloitte contractual guardrails
- Preparing summaries of contract deviations and key risk terms, redlining agreements, and supporting contract negotiations
- Collaborating with Risk Managers on risk identification and mitigation activities for advisory, consulting, and managed services engagements
- Mentoring junior team members on contract review, risk identification, and mitigation approaches
- Assisting with quality review initiatives and other assigned risk management deliverables
The team
The Risk team’s mission is to protect the earnings, assets, and reputation of the firm, facilitate consistency of delivery, and reduce the cost of quality. The primary responsibility of the Risk Team is to provide effective and timely risk and quality-related counsel and guidance to the Deloitte teams that support client engagements. The Risk Team accomplishes its mission by helping identify, mitigate, and manage risk (delivery, regulatory, legal, and reputation).
The successful candidate will provide risk management support to the Risk Managers in Deloitte Canada’s Technology and Transformation (T&T), OperateNext business lines performing risk identification and mitigation activities for advisory, consulting and managed services engagements.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- LLB, MBA, or equivalent qualification
- 4+ years of post-qualification experience
- Experience reviewing request for proposals, agreements, statements of work, non-disclosure agreements, and related contractual documents
- Experience identifying contractual risk, drafting and redlining agreements, and preparing risk summaries or deviation summaries
- Understanding of commercial terms in complex IT services, consulting, or managed services engagements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Preferred:
- Relevant certification such as World Commerce & Contracting (WorldCC)
- Familiarity with contract management tools
- Experience supporting advisory, consulting, or managed services engagements
- French language proficiency
