Position Summary

As a Services Associate, Firm Risk, Compliance, and Governance Services on the Independence Conflicts Network team, you will be responsible for…

  • Respond to support requests using automated phone and chat tools
  • Guide callers through policy and mandatory requirements/procedures
  • Document and save record of guidance provided
  • Collaborate with internal Risk & Brand Protection stakeholders as needed
  • Provide backup support for other services provided by the Compliance HelpDesk

Independence Conflicts Network (ICN)

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM IST or 2 PM to 11 PM IST

Qualifications

Required:

  • MBA, preferably in Finance
  • 2–3 years of overall relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of basic financial instruments in the United States and India, including investments, loans, and insurance products
  • Experience using technology tools to support requests and document guidance provided

Preferred:

  • 2 years of experience in customer support care, preferably in a banking environment
  • ServiceNow experience
