Position Summary

As a Services Associate, Firm Risk, Compliance, and Governance Services on the RBP team, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the quality and completeness of data related to clients and related parties in firm independence systems
  • Supporting practitioners with internal tools by resolving issues ranging from simple updates to complex data and workflow challenges
  • Managing tasks such as tagging, correcting account details, and reopening opportunities for new or existing accounts
  • Following firm sales and opportunity governance requirements and completing assigned work accurately
  • Saving required documentation and coordinating follow-ups with the appropriate teams as needed

The team

The RBP group plays a critical role in enhancing, preserving and protecting the reputation of the Deloitte organization. Our group is focused on strategic, confidential and regulatory risk matters which include ensuring Independence of the organization, Partners, Directors, Senior Managers and Managers, apart from conducting a host of compliance monitoring activities for all the professionals in the U.S, India and other member firm offices. The Centre of Excellence comprises various teams operating databases with client and affiliate information, monitoring conflicts of interest, monitoring data privacy, and monitoring investments of organization personnel. The group supports the Deloitte U.S. National Office as well as global Deloitte member firms.

We are in an internal Deloitte U.S. Firms professional service position that supports member firms of the Deloitte organization. Functions within RBP include Independence Operations, Independence Audits, Conflicts, Independence Representations, Discipline, and Ethics & Compliance. The team interacts/coordinates frequently with other members across the member firms’ risk and regulatory affairs groups to effectively serve Deloitte professionals.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications

Required:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Finance with 2-3 years of experience
  • 60% or 6.5 GPA and above throughout education without running backlogs
  • Experience maintaining, validating, or updating client, account, or related-party data in business systems
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience completing documentation, follow-ups, and task tracking in a professional environment
  • Ability to work 2 PM to 11 PM shift timings

Preferred:

  • Experience in independence, compliance, risk, or governance support activities
  • Experience resolving data, workflow, or account maintenance issues in internal systems
  • Experience supporting sales, opportunity governance, or account administration processes
  • Experience working with database tools or analytics applications
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a deadline-driven environment
