Work you'll do
As a Services Associate, Firm Risk, Compliance, and Governance Services on the Risk and Brand Protection team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting confidentiality and privacy activities, including review requests involving personal data removal and process guidance
- Coordinating appointments, resolving process issues, and overseeing successful transfer of personal data to personal devices
- Tracking support activities, reporting progress, and helping prepare periodic reporting and analytics
- Monitoring team mailbox activity, following up with stakeholders, and coordinating with U.S. and India teams as needed
- Assisting with process improvement activities, including updates to forms, templates, tools, and knowledge-sharing documents
The team
Deloitte Support Services India Private Ltd. (U.S India Enabling Areas (EA)) at the US India offices are the support arm of the organization and comprise several groups including Talent, Technology, Finance, Communications, Field Operations, etc. EA gives every client-service business unit access to the best and brightest resources when it comes to support services. Specifically, EA enables the business units to solely focus on satisfying clients and developing new products and services to sustain competitive advantage, while they consolidate and standardize a diverse collection of systems, processes, and functions. The team provides a wide array of services to the US firms and US India professionals, and is continually evaluating and expanding its portfolio.
This group is responsible for supporting the Risk and Brand Protection driven operations which include Independence assurance and regulatory compliances of professionals of the US and India offices, internal audit function and developing and deploying programs to mitigate confidentiality and privacy risks.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of experience in privacy, confidentiality, risk, compliance, or operational support activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience supporting reporting, tracking, or operational documentation
- Experience coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders
- Experience managing shared mailboxes, inquiries, or case-related activities
Preferred:
- B. Com
- MBA
- Knowledge of privacy and security principles and requirements
- Risk and compliance experience
- Familiarity with ServiceNow
