Position Summary

As a Services Support Associate II, Firm Risk, Compliance, and Governance Services on the CPE Operations team, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing CPE compliance documentation and completing follow-up communications as needed
  • Reporting errors and escalations to management
  • Ensuring CPE compliance procedures and policies are followed and documented appropriately
  • Entering new data into NextGen and updating data based on third-party CPE documentation and information
  • Verifying third-party data and supporting internal teams with data reporting requests

The team

CPE Operations is an important cog in learning and compliance. Team facilitates delivery of CPE related learning activities. Record and review all compliance related documentation to maintain standards of CPE compliance. Update learning credits for professionals in respective systems, hereby upholding compliance requirement for professionals and organization alike.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM IST or 2 PM to 11 PM IST

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience reviewing compliance documentation and maintaining process records
  • Experience entering, updating, and validating data in business systems
  • Experience supporting reporting requests and working with internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience working in a professional services environment

Preferred:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Experience supporting learning operations, compliance operations, or course administration
  • Experience working with third-party documentation or data validation processes
