As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality SAP solutions within defined timelines. You will work independently on development tasks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior team members when required. Technical Leadership and Advocacy: Serve as the technical advocate for products, ensuring architectural integrity, feasibility, and alignment with business and customer goals, NFRs, and applicable architecture and engineering standards—being responsible for product architecture blueprints, high-level architecture designs (e.g., “4+1 model” or relevant others), development/implementation of end-to-end AI/ML solutions, and integration architecture into the technical landscape and technology stack.
Engineering Craftsmanship: Possess passion and experience as an individual contributor, responsible for the engineering designs and technical feasibility of solutions, being hands-on with design, configuration and code part of the time, contributing to team velocity. Actively get engaged with engineers to ensure architecture is understood and can be implemented, working with them closely during sprints, helping resolve any technical issues through to production operations: reviewing code, actively driving technology debt reduction, and helping drive engineering quality. Be self-driven to learn new technologies, experiment with engineers, and inspire the team to learn and drive application of those new technologies.

down-time and enable A/B testing approaches. Act as a Role-Model, leveraging these techniques to optimize solutioning and product delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes with minimal waste. Demonstrate proficiency in product development, from conceptualization and design to implementation and scaling, with a focus on continuous improvement and learning.
Domain Expertise: Quickly acquire domain-specific knowledge relevant to the business or product. Translate business/user needs into technical requirements, designs, and robust data processing pipelines. Navigate various enterprise functions such as business and enabling areas as well as product, experience, delivery, infrastructure, and security to drive product value and feasibility as well as alignment with organizational goals.

Roles and Responsibilties:
• Build Custom SAP Fiori / UI5 applications using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and MVC architecture
• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality code and technical objects using SAP BTP and Fiori/UI5
• Extend and enhance standard SAP Fiori applications using SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) or Web IDE
• Develop and consume OData services to connect front -end applications with SAP SF using CI or API and SAP backend systems (ECC or S/4 HANA)
• Configure Fiori Launchpad catalogs, pages, groups, roles and tiles.
• Implement Fiori Design Guidelines to ensure intuitive, user-centric and responsive interfaces.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Work closely with functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Perform unit testing and optimize application performance
• Participate in all project phases including design, development, testing, and hyper-care support
• Ensure code quality through reviews and adherence to best practices
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose sustainable solutions
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams
• Mentor junior team members and support team capability development
• Deliver assigned tasks within defined timelines
Required Skills & Experience
• 6+ years of experience in SAP development and implementation projects
• Hands-on experience with SAP BAS and CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model)
• Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of:
? CAP model development (API consumption, HANA DB integration, service deployment)
? SAP BTP debugging and troubleshooting
? Integration and connectivity (BTP, S/4HANA, CPI/CI, SuccessFactors basics)
? OAuth 2.0 concepts (JWT, XSUAA, Approuter)
• Experience in developing FIORI applications (Freestyle SAPUI5)
• Experience with deployment on Cloud Foundry
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business Application Studio (BAS)
• Experience with SAP Build Work Zone configuration and Git Version Control
• Knowledge on Smart Controls and annotation-based development
• Ability to understand and implement technical design documents
• Strong analytical problem-solving, collaboration and communication skills
Good to Have
• Experience in SAP Integration, ABAP, or SuccessFactors
• Exposure to additional SAP modules or technologies
Education
• BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (Computer Science) or equivalent from a recognized university
