- Supporting IT Operations Centre activities in mid to enterprise size environments in a 24x365 support model
- Using SCOM and SolarWinds to monitor infrastructure and identify, diagnose, and resolve network and server issues
- Using ServiceNow to log, track, prioritise, update, and close incidents, including high-priority P1 and P2 incidents
- Supporting remote data center operations, including troubleshooting Windows Server environments, managing Hyper-V hosts and virtual machines, and implementing security patches and updates
- Coordinating with SME teams to restore services, maintain operational continuity, and support ITIL-aligned service operations

The team focuses on consistent service delivery, issue resolution, operational support, and collaboration across support functions. This role contributes to a high-availability support model designed to meet business and user needs.

Shift Timings: 24x365 (5:30 AM–2:30 PM, 1:00 PM–10:00 PM, 9:00 PM–6:00 AM)
Qualifications
Required:
- Experience working in an IT Operations Centre supporting mid to enterprise size environments
- Experience using SCOM and SolarWinds to monitor infrastructure and resolve network and server issues
- Experience using ServiceNow to log, track, prioritise, and resolve incidents, including P1 and P2 incidents
- Experience supporting remote management and support protocols for data center operations, including implementation of security patches and updates
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2021 environments, and managing Hyper-V hosts and virtual machines
- Knowledge of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library Version 4 (ITIL V4) framework
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a 24x365 support model
