Position Summary

As a RPA Developer, you will design, build, test, and support scalable software solutions that help drive business priorities and improve user experience. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop new features, resolve technical issues, and maintain application performance and stability. The role requires hands-on coding, problem solving, and collaboration throughout the software development lifecycle. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-quality technology solutions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Work you'll do

As a RPA Developer on the Engineering team, you will be responsible for:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software components and application features based on business and technical requirements
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using approved programming languages, frameworks, and development standards
  • Troubleshoot defects, analyze root causes, and implement fixes to support application stability and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, quality engineering, and support teams to deliver releases on schedule
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment activities, and documentation of technical solutions

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, or software maintenance
  • 2+ years of experience with Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or another object-oriented programming language
  • Experience with application programming interfaces, web services, and database queries
  • Experience using Git, Jira, or comparable software development lifecycle tools
  • Experience with unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution in a production environment

Preferred:

  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines
  • Experience building microservices or distributed applications
  • Experience with automation, performance optimization, or application monitoring tools
