Analyst - Knowledge Management - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
We are currently seeking an Analyst to support the Knowledge Management team of Deloitte's Tax & Legal Practice in Belgium. Your primary focus will be working on the administrative tasks for the Knowledge Management team and a strong back-up for other resources within the KM team.

Work you will do
· Preparing, Screening, and distributing Daily, Weekly Newsletters for the Tax & Legal team.
· Screening of the latest Competitor Alerts and the latest VAT updates in the market and publish it on the KM SharePoint.
· Uploading decks, articles in the Tax Technical News Container.
· Uploading seminars, decks recordings on the E-Campus platform.
· Additional admin responsibilities of the Knowledge Management team will be added
USI supporting NSE Shared Service team:
The Shared Services team at Hyderabad supports member firms within Deloitte North & South Europe. The KM team performs management of various administrative tasks and other pre-engagement services like publishing Tax Alerts , Daily Newsletter, Weekly Newsletters, Screening of Various websites of Competitors and VAT Alerts along with SharePoint Maintenance and Managing, Publishing on AEM.
Qualifications and experience required:
· Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, computer science, information systems, business administration or equivalent experience or education
· Technically sound and willing to work with different tools
· Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
· Strong process and data analytical skills
· Ability to work in a team and with various stakeholders
· Eager to learn and explore new technologies to accommodate business challenges and help shape the (digital) future of Deloitte Tax & Legal
· Sound English communication skills (oral and written) and ability to interact with Tax & Legal Stakeholders.
Experience:
- Graduate with 2 to 3 years of experience in Learning & Knowledge management OR
- Post Graduate with up to 1 year experience in Learning & Knowledge management
Preferred:
· Knowledge of working with Knowledge Management work is preferred.
Location: Hyderabad
Work timings: 11 AM to 8 PM (IST).
