Work you'll do

As a Specialist Deputy Manager, Asset Lifecycle IT Services Management on the IT Services team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading pooled offshore resources that support Software License Compliance Management and Software Asset Lifecycle Management services
  • Managing BAU and project pipelines from UK teams, including prioritization, planning, tracking, and delivery against deadlines, KPIs, and SLAs
  • Driving process improvements, policy implementation, automation activities, and coordinated testing to support SAM operations
  • Monitoring delivery quality through reporting, service reviews, quality assurance checks, and management of risks, issues, and escalations
  • Collaborating with onshore stakeholders to clarify work instructions, support complex tasks, and ensure action items are completed

Shift Timings: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM / 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, or equivalent graduate degree
  • 6+ years of experience in software asset management, software license compliance management, software asset lifecycle management, or a similar role in an enterprise organization
  • Experience leading teams that support BAU operations and project-based deliverables
  • Experience tracking and reporting performance against key performance indicators, service level agreements, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Experience implementing or supporting software asset management policies, procedures, process improvements, or automation initiatives
  • Experience using ServiceNow, Flexera (SNOW), Ariba, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), or JAMF
  • Experience managing stakeholder communication, issue resolution, escalations, and service review actions

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting global or cross-border stakeholders, including UK-based teams
  • Experience conducting quality assurance reviews and compliance checks for software asset management activities
  • Experience delivering training, knowledge sharing, or informal coaching for team members
  • Experience supporting workload planning during peak volumes while maintaining service levels
