We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect (ITSM, HRSD) who is responsible for the overall design, mapping of client business requirements and ensuring smooth project delivery. The role is required to work with stakeholders to assess current state processes and tools, identify ServiceNow platform solution options, define ServiceNow solution requirements, determine and define integration requirements, and develop overall architecture and implementation plans.
Work you'll do
As an Architect on the ServiceNow team, you will be responsible for:
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow platform architecture aligned with business goals, performance requirements, security requirements, and integration needs.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions across Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), and other workflow solutions.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to assess current-state processes and tools, define solution requirements, and develop implementation plans.
- Provide technical leadership to ServiceNow developers and administrators while enforcing governance standards, development practices, and platform security protocols.
- Conduct platform health checks, monitor performance, support upgrades and feature adoption, and implement improvements aligned with security, privacy, and data management requirements.

The ServiceNow team supports enterprise service transformation by designing and implementing platform solutions that improve how work gets done across technology and business functions. The team works closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable architecture, strong governance, and sustainable solutions across complex ServiceNow environments.
Qualifications
Required:
- 10-13 years of experience with ServiceNow, including 9+ years in ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design
- Experience implementing ServiceNow Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), and custom applications
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting and integrations
- Experience leading complex platform upgrades and supporting multi-instance environments
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with multiple stakeholder groups
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM), and Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources Service Delivery (CIS-HRSD)
Preferred:
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- ServiceNow certification in scoped applications
- Experience defining platform governance standards and development practices
- Experience leading ServiceNow developers and administrators
