Solutions Delivery Canada develops and maintains solutions built on varied technologies like SalesForce, Microsoft technologies, SAP, Hadoop, ETL, BI, ServiceNow, PowerAutomate, OpenText. Solutions Delivery Canada has various groups which provide the best of the breed solutions to the clients by following a streamlined system development methodology. Solutions Delivery Canada comprises of groups like Usability, Application Architecture, Development and Quality Assurance and Performance.
Work you'll do
As a Senior Analyst on the ServiceNow Canada Center of Excellence and Innovation team, you will be responsible for:
- Create, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications for new and existing implementations.
- Create and configure functional data such as Notifications and Service Level Agreements.
- Create and configure script objects such as Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies and Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
- Set-up interfaces between ServiceNow and other platforms in line with integration opportunities identified by Solution Architects.
- Perform system and integration testing; recommend Administration settings and best practices; and create documentation of the developments, unit test cases, and implementation plans.

The ServiceNow Canada Center of Excellence and Innovation team supports the design, development, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions for the Canada business. The team works across platform capabilities to deliver scalable, enterprise-focused solutions that improve service delivery, automation, and user experience. Team members collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to implement high-quality solutions aligned to business and technology priorities.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 4-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization
- Experience working with ServiceNow ITSM and ITBM/SPM modules
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and REST/SOAP web services
- Experience configuring Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs, workflows, and integrations in ServiceNow
- Experience working with Agile or SAFe methodologies
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred:
- Experience with UI Builder and Workspace configuration in ServiceNow
- Experience with Domain Separation in ServiceNow
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Orchestration, IT Operations Management, Event Management, Human Resources Service Delivery, or Service Portfolio Management / IT Business Management
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification
