The IOC supports enterprise infrastructure operations through proactive monitoring, incident response, patching, and operational support across server, network, backup, and monitoring environments. This role helps maintain infrastructure availability, supports issue resolution within service levels, and contributes to continuous improvement and automation across operational processes.
Work you'll do
As an IOC on the IT Services team, you will be responsible for:
- Monitor infrastructure, server, network, backup, and platform alerts using tools such as Cisco Meraki, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, HP OneView, Veeam, Cohesity, and related platforms
- Manage incidents, escalations, and root cause analysis activities in alignment with defined service level agreements and standard operating procedures
- Support patching, remediation, and operational maintenance activities across Windows servers, Linux servers, virtual machines, and endpoint management tools
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve physical server, network, database, backup, and audio video equipment issues
- Contribute to process improvement, documentation updates, reporting, task coordination, and automation of repetitive operational activities

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3.5-5 years of experience in network and server monitoring within an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) environment
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, SolarWinds, Cisco Meraki, or HP OneView
- Experience with Windows server patching, Linux server patching, and security compliance activities
- Experience supporting backup platforms such as Veeam or Cohesity
- Experience working with servers, routers, switches, firewalls, Domain Name System (DNS), and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP)
- Experience with incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis
Preferred:
- Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Qualys, or Splunk remediation activities
- Experience supporting virtual environments using vSphere Client or Hyper-V
- Experience troubleshooting Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) alerts
- Experience creating Requests for Change (RFCs) and participating in Change Advisory Board (CAB) calls
- Experience preparing and sharing infrastructure operations reports
- Experience identifying process gaps and supporting automation initiatives
