The Hybrid Infrastructure Management Services function is accountable for system administration, Cloud Infrastructure administration, server builds, virtualized application support, user support, application support, patching, troubleshooting, break fix, FCR etc. This function is responsible for working with Internal clients across the firm and works closely with other ITS teams.
Work you'll do
As a HIMS Cloud Admin on the Hybrid Infrastructure Management Services team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting daily operational activities including ticket resolution, troubleshooting, environment monitoring, report analysis, and client support calls
- Participating in implementations, upgrades, and day-to-day operations across demo, sandbox, development, and client-facing production environments
- Administering and patching Windows and Linux servers across in-house data centers and cloud platforms including AWS and Azure
- Provisioning and supporting Windows and Linux environments in AWS and VMware while coordinating with infrastructure and delivery teams
- Contributing to service improvement efforts, stakeholder coordination, technical documentation, and project workstream deliverables

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology
- 3.9- 5 years of experience in a similar role with an enterprise organization
- Experience administering cloud platforms including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Experience patching Linux and Windows servers across in-house data centers and cloud environments
- Experience provisioning Windows and Linux environments in AWS and VMware
- Experience with Active Directory, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Domain Name System (DNS), cluster environments, and certificate management
- Experience with incident, change, and problem management processes
Preferred:
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 Foundation certification
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- Microsoft Azure Administrator certification
- Experience with data collection thresholds, analysis, and management reporting
- Experience supporting business impact assessment and risk assessment processes
- Experience applying infrastructure architecture and IT governance concepts across cross-functional teams
