The Cloud Infra Operations function of USI DT CA Technology and Infrastructure group is accountable for application support/deployment/implementations, tuning, maintenance & problem solving, working closely with development teams for Enterprise Business Applications etc. This function is responsible for applications across the firm and works closely with other global teams.
Work you'll do
As an Operations Analyst on the Cloud Infra DSO & Project Delivery Platforms team, you will be responsible for supporting enterprise applications and infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments while helping maintain reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
- Provide day-to-day operational support for enterprise applications across Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments.
- Monitor application availability and performance, respond to incidents and service requests, and drive issues through resolution with appropriate escalation and communication.
- Perform deployments, patching, configuration updates, and release support using Azure DevOps, GitHub, and established DevSecOps and change management processes.
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server, Linux, IIS, SQL Server, SharePoint, and containerized platforms including AKS and EKS.
- Create and maintain runbooks, knowledge articles, disaster recovery documentation, and operational procedures to support governance, continuity, and knowledge transfer.

USI DT Canada is the Canada CIO’s IT department which manages an end-to-end portfolio of Canada business applications and technology infrastructure that supports business processes common to Deloitte Canada member firm.
Our IT & Systems team works behind the scenes and is essential to the Deloitte organization. Our forward-thinking team members have the analytical skills needed to parse mountains of data and stellar communications skills needed to present research, discovery, and recommendations in a logical and easily understandable way. Our technologists provide IT infrastructure support to develop custom enterprise applications.
In addition, Technology and Infrastructure team manages datacenters, servers, applications, databases, operating systems, security and patching systems, network, etc including maintenance, routine operations, Infrastructure-related Event and Incident Management.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM / 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience supporting Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Azure App Services, and SharePoint services within an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)-based environment
- Experience administering Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services
- Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines, release pipelines, or GitHub for application deployments
- Experience supporting Active Directory, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificates, Domain Name System (DNS), and hybrid application hosting environments
- Experience with Docker, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), or Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS)
- Experience scripting in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
Preferred:
- ITIL v3 Foundation, Windows Server Administration, SharePoint or SharePoint Online, or Azure Fundamentals certification
- Experience with Dynatrace or other observability platforms
- Experience with infrastructure as code using Azure Resource Manager (ARM) or AWS CloudFormation
- Experience supporting enterprise applications such as PeopleSoft, Salesforce, CRM, Cognos, or other ERP platforms
- Experience with AKS or EKS deployments, manifest updates, Helm charts, custom domain configuration, and SSL certificate configuration
- Broad infrastructure administration experience across servers, networks, databases, load balancers, SharePoint, SharePoint Online, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), and Active Directory
