The Hybrid Infrastructure Management Services function is accountable for system administration, Cloud Infrastructure administration, server builds, virtualized application support, user support, application support, patching, troubleshooting, break fix, FCR etc. This function is responsible for working with Internal clients across the firm and works closely with other ITS teams.

As a HIMS Cloud Admin on the Hybrid Infrastructure Management Services team, you will be responsible for...
- Supporting day-to-day cloud and infrastructure operations, including ticket resolution, troubleshooting, monitoring, report analysis, and client support calls
- Administering and patching Windows and Linux servers across in-house datacenters, AWS, and Azure environments
- Provisioning and supporting Windows and Linux environments in AWS, Azure, and VMware for development, sandbox, demo, and production use cases
- Coordinating with infrastructure, delivery, and partner teams to support service standards, operational stability, and project workstream deliverables
- Contributing to process improvement, technical documentation, and continual service improvement initiatives across a geographically distributed team

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology
- 1-2.6 years of experience in cloud administration, system administration, or infrastructure support within an enterprise environment
- Experience administering Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure environments, including Identity and Access Management
- Experience using Terraform for infrastructure as code
- Experience patching Linux and Windows servers across in-house datacenters and cloud platforms
- Experience provisioning and supporting Windows and Linux environments in Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or VMware
- Experience with Active Directory, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, Domain Name System, clustering, and certificate management
Preferred:
- ITIL V3 Foundation certification
- Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification
- Microsoft Azure Administrator certification
- Experience with load balancing technologies such as F5 or Network Load Balancing
- Experience supporting Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience working in a 24x7 operational support environment
