Work you'll do
As a Business Analyst RPA on the ITS Automation CoE team, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements, define objectives, and identify process improvement and automation opportunities
- Analyzing current-state business processes, conducting gap assessments, and evaluating automation feasibility using Robotic Process Automation technologies
- Creating and maintaining business analysis deliverables, including process flows, business rules, user stories, and supporting documentation
- Partnering with RPA development teams and project stakeholders to support solution design, project delivery, and status reporting
- Monitoring automated process performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting issue, risk, and requirement management throughout delivery

The ITS Automation CoE supports the identification, assessment, and delivery of automation opportunities that improve efficiency, quality, and consistency across business processes. The team works closely with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate solutions, and support scalable automation delivery. Team members contribute to a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and practical business outcomes.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 06.30 AM to 03.30 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience supporting Robotic Process Automation, automation delivery, or Automation Center of Excellence initiatives
- Experience documenting business requirements, user stories, business rules, process flows, and analysis artifacts
- Experience conducting process assessments, gap analysis, and automation feasibility analysis
- Experience working on enterprise programs using agile delivery methodologies
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and technical development teams
- Experience working with data mapping, transformation, and business rules analysis
Preferred:
- International Institute of Business Analysis Certified Business Analysis Professional certification
- Experience supporting Robotic Process Automation teams or Automation Centers of Excellence
- Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, process mapping, and automation feasibility assessments
