We are seeking to fill a position for an Identity & Access Management Consultant who will provide operational and compliance support for our Identity and Access Management (IAM) and privileged access management (PAM) platforms.

Work you'll do

As an Identity & Access Management on the Information Technology Services team, you will be responsible for:

  • Provide advice and guidance to business and operational teams on Identity and Access Management principles, standards, and least privilege practices across technology assets.
  • Complete operational activities for Identity and Access Management and privileged access management platforms, including Active Directory, Entra ID, CyberArk, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), and SailPoint.
  • Assist project teams in delivering compliant Identity and Access Management solutions through guidance and execution of operational tasks.
  • Support compliance with internal security requirements and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 27001 standards through access governance and control activities.
  • Troubleshoot Identity and Access Management issues and support automation or operational improvement activities using scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.

The team

This role will support the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team’s initiatives through a combination of project and BAU operational activities, helping enable a growing internal team that plays a critical role in securing and managing access across the AU Firm and the broader APAC region. By supporting all areas of IAM, the team helps strengthen governance, reduce risk, and ensure the right people have the right access at the right time.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 06:30 AM to 03:30 PM

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management, privileged access management, or cybersecurity operations in a large enterprise environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management or privileged access management platforms such as Entra ID, Active Directory, CyberArk, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), or SailPoint.
  • Experience supporting access governance, provisioning, privileged access, or least privilege enforcement activities.
  • Experience with federation standards such as Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) or OAuth.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting Identity and Access Management operations in APAC or multi-region environments.
  • Experience working with business and technology stakeholders on access governance requirements.
  • Experience supporting compliance activities aligned to International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 27001 standards.
  • Experience troubleshooting identity lifecycle management or privileged access issues.
  • Experience supporting project delivery for Identity and Access Management implementations or enhancements.
  • Experience with Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM).
