Position Summary


Seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and continuously improve secure, compliant CI/CD pipelines and automation across enterprise digital products.

Work you'll do

As a Senior Analyst - Azure DevOps Engineer on the ITS EAS team, you will be responsible for:

  • Manage and evolve the ITS DevOps platform using Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, and central delivery platform capabilities.
  • Design, implement, and optimize automated CI/CD solutions for enterprise applications and digital products.
  • Build secure, compliant delivery patterns using YAML pipelines, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code practices to improve standardization, repeatability, and governance.
  • Enable containerized build and deployment approaches using Docker and Kubernetes and integrate security scanning and policy controls into CI/CD workflows.
  • Create and maintain automation using PowerShell, Bash, and Python while partnering with stakeholders, development teams, and ITS groups to improve delivery outcomes and developer experience.

The team

ITS EAS supports enterprise application and engineering services that enable secure, scalable, and efficient technology delivery across Deloitte. The team focuses on platform enablement, DevOps practices, automation, and operational consistency to support digital products and business priorities. Team members work closely with engineering, product, and infrastructure stakeholders to improve delivery speed, compliance, and developer experience.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 06:30 AM to 03:30 PM

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a DevOps engineering role supporting enterprise delivery teams and platforms
  • Experience managing Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise
  • Experience designing and implementing YAML continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Enterprise
  • Experience implementing Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices
  • Experience building and deploying containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with Azure or Amazon Web Services cloud platforms
  • Experience scripting with PowerShell, Bash, or Python

Preferred:

  • Experience with Argo CD and GitOps-based deployment patterns
  • Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library practices across service, incident, problem, and change management
  • Experience working in Agile product delivery environments
  • Experience implementing automated security scanning and compliance controls in CI/CD workflows
  • Experience with Git branching strategies, pull request controls, code reviews, tagging, and release patterns
