Associate, Content Management
Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited is seeking an Associate, Content Management to support pipeline content and thought leadership activities for the USI Delivery Centre. In this role, you will help manage and publish content, maintain knowledge assets, and support content lifecycle activities across enterprise platforms. The role requires experience with content management tools, attention to publishing standards, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders in a virtual environment.

- Creating and updating knowledge exchange records and publishing content in alignment with defined workflows
- Managing content taxonomy, tagging, archival, and search optimization activities across supported platforms
- Supporting customized content activities, including user interface/user experience updates and promoted search results
- Partnering with stakeholders and subject matter experts to implement practical content management solutions
- Maintaining content quality by checking for duplicate submissions and following established publishing standards

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ year of content management experience
- Familiarity with Thought Leadership or Insights processes
- Experience with SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint Online
- Experience with HyperText Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), InfoPath, and jQuery
- Master's degree in Master of Business Administration (MBA), Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), or Master of Arts (MA)
Preferred:
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager
- Experience managing content taxonomy, tagging, and archival activities
- Experience with content lifecycle management and search optimization
- Experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
- Experience supporting document workflow standards and knowledge repositories
