Associate, Content Management

Support multilingual content publishing for Deloitte’s global knowledge management portal by reviewing, preparing, and publishing project-based materials in English and [MISSING INFORMATION 1: CONFIRM REQUIRED SECOND LANGUAGE — FRENCH OR ITALIAN]. In this role, you will help improve content quality, consistency, and discoverability by applying publishing guidelines, confidentiality requirements, and metadata standards. The role is well suited for a professional with experience in content management, document review, and knowledge publishing in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Work you'll do

As an Associate, Content Management on the Knowledge Management/Knowledge Services team, you will be responsible for…

  • Reviewing and managing documents in English and [MISSING INFORMATION 1] for quality, formatting, and publishing readiness
  • Publishing project summaries, thought leadership, proposal-derived content, and client engagement materials to the global knowledge management portal in accordance with publishing guidelines
  • Summarizing project details from proposal documents and coordinating with Deloitte practitioners across geographies and levels to capture content for publication
  • Organizing, tagging, sanitizing, and validating content to support searchability, confidentiality compliance, and duplicate prevention
  • Tracking processing volumes, quality metrics, and turnaround times, and sharing reporting insights with team leadership

Global CoRe provides seven fundamental services to Deloitte around the world: knowledge services, creative services, contact center, data management assessment services, data protection, procurement, and real estate. We develop new and innovative ways to improve how these services are delivered across the organization, leveraging our global scope and strength to serve our organization within and across borders.

Deloitte’s Knowledge Management/Knowledge Services team is seeking highly motivated individuals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact across various levels to support project delivery for Deloitte member firms globally.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

  • Master of Business Administration or postgraduate degree in English, Economics, Literature, or Library Sciences

  • Written and verbal communication proficiency in English and [MISSING INFORMATION 1]
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience reviewing, summarizing, and publishing content in a knowledge management, content management, or document publishing environment

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting multilingual content publishing or document review workflows
  • Experience working with enterprise knowledge repositories or content management systems
  • Experience summarizing proposal materials, client deliverables, or thought leadership for publication
  • Experience working with stakeholders across teams and geographies
