Work you'll do
As an Associate, Market Research and Insights on the Collection Curation team, you will be responsible for:
- Conduct internal and external research to identify topic trends, define collection scope, and support curation priorities.
- Curate and manage content from internal portals and repositories, including content sourcing, metadata tagging, taxonomy application, and search optimization.
- Prepare deliverables and usage analyses covering content counts, freshness, gaps, experts, and collection performance metrics.
- Support knowledge sharing across communities of practice, collaboration spaces, and intranet platforms while coordinating outreach based on collection priorities.
- Support the planning, build, launch, and governance of collection content, including process documentation, training materials, and adherence to quality standards.
The team
The Collection Curation Team works closely with global Deloitte practitioners to acquire and publish content related to key topics across Businesses and Industries to the global management portal and manage the topic related intranet sites. This content is intended to help Deloitte practitioners find relevant content just in time to win new projects and deliver quicker and quality deliverables to their clients.
Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, English, Mass Communication, Humanities, Library Sciences, Commerce, Information Systems, or a similar field
- 2+ years of experience in knowledge management, content management, content curation, or secondary research
- Experience using research sources or databases such as Factiva, Hoovers, OneSource, Thomson, or industry journals
- Experience managing content in intranet portals, repositories, or content management platforms
- Experience applying metadata, taxonomy, and search practices to support content retrieval
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience analyzing content usage metrics, dashboards, or reporting outputs
Preferred:
- Experience supporting knowledge or content programs in a professional services environment
- Experience creating process documentation or training materials
- Experience using SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms
- Experience using search engine optimization practices for intranet or content repositories
- Experience using Tableau dashboards or similar reporting tools
- Experience using GenAI tools in research or content workflows
