Specialist Assistant Manager, Content Management

The KX Documents Publishing Assistant Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the content acquisition and publishing processes executed by the team. The role also includes analyzing operational data, preparing periodic leadership reports, managing logistics, completing compliance checks, ensuring task allocation aligns with team capacity, and monitoring productivity metrics.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Content Management on the KX Documents Publishing team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing end-to-end delivery of documents publishing workstreams to meet turnaround times and service level agreements.
- Allocating work across team members based on priority, due dates, capacity, and delivery risk.
- Monitoring pipeline, productivity, utilization, backlog, and ageing items to identify issues and maintain delivery continuity.
- Preparing operational reports, dashboards, and analyses to support performance tracking and decision-making.
- Defining, maintaining, and improving workflows, standard operating procedures, and operational controls across workstreams.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and Knowledge Services teams to support service delivery, planning, and cross-team alignment.
The team
This team is involved in processes that uphold client confidentiality and Intellectual Property guidelines for documents on the Knowledge Exchange (KX) and Deloitte Resources (DR) sites. Among other responsibilities, the team is responsible for searching, curating and maintaining a learning base to provide seamless environment for real-time access to knowledge/content via global platform (proposals, qualifications, and thought leadership) to facilitate quick solutions for client needs. The team is also responsible for collecting, managing and publishing content on knowledge sharing platform to safeguard confidentiality of clients.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 5-8 years of experience in content management, content publishing, content operations, or knowledge management
- 6 years of experience in content acquisition, tagging, content record maintenance, archiving, or publishing operations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience preparing operational reports, dashboards, reconciliations, and data quality checks
- Experience managing work allocation, pipeline tracking, and service delivery across multiple workstreams
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Library Sciences, or postgraduate degree in English, Economics, or Literature, or Master of Business Administration
Preferred:
- 2-3 years of experience in a professional services environment
- Experience working with content management tools, workflow tools, or publishing platforms
- Experience analyzing operational metrics, turnaround times, and service level agreement performance
- Experience documenting and maintaining standard operating procedures and process workflows
- Project management certification such as Project Management Professional or Scrum certification
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders across teams and geographies
