Looking for a world of opportunities and a fulfilling career?
Position :Operations Associate Vice President
This is a senior leadership role within Deloitte's Human Capital Offering Portfolio, anchored in India and focused on delivering world-class Multi-Process HR Outsourcing (MPHRO) services to US-based and global clients. The incumbent will serve as the strategic and operational backbone of India-based full hire-to-retire lifecycle services.
This role goes beyond HR leadership — it is a C-Suite-facing position that bridges the operational depth of India delivery centers with the commercial and regulatory complexities of the market. You will shape how Deloitte's operations evolve as a center of excellence for HR and Payroll Outsourcing, leveraging technology, talent, and process innovation to drive measurable client value.
This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-impact practice at the intersection of global delivery, cutting-edge HR technology, and the world's largest HR outsourcing market. You will shape how a world-class delivery organization serves clients — not just operationally, but strategically — driving transformation that matters at scale.
Work you’ll do:
· Strategic Foresight & Thought Leadership: Drive the long-term vision for India-based MPHRO delivery, providing thought leadership on agentic AI, RPA, and GenAI integration. Advise US clients on leveraging India delivery as a strategic advantage beyond cost arbitrage.
· Go-to-Market & Pricing Strategy: Architect go-to-market strategies and commercial models for US clients, lead end-to-end pursuit activities (RFP/RFI to contract closure), and develop differentiated service bundles that showcase India's delivery strengths — 24/7 support, multilingual capabilities, and deep technology talent.
· HR Services Transition & Transformation: Lead zero-disruption transitions of clients' HR and payroll functions. Develop transition playbooks, SOPs, and hyper care frameworks, and drive process reengineering beyond lift-and-shift from day one.
· Client Relationship Management: Build trusted advisor relationships at the CHRO, CFO, and COO levels. Lead executive business reviews, manage escalations, and identify opportunities for scope expansion and contract renewal.
· Program Delivery & Risk Management: Govern end-to-end MPHRO delivery across the hire-to-retire spectrum. Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and CSAT scores while maintaining a robust risk and controls framework covering cross-border data privacy, business continuity, and information security.
· People Leadership & Talent Development: Lead and inspire large, multi-tiered delivery teams across India, defining talent strategies — hiring, capability building, succession planning, and retention — while championing a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement.
