Specialist Manager, Talent Development

As a Specialist Manager, Talent Development on the Enterprise Solutions Learning team, you will be responsible for…
- Designing and managing a standardized People Channel learning curriculum across technical, professional, and leadership skills.
- Partnering with business leaders and US/USI learning teams to identify skill needs and roll out learning programs across the practice.
- Monitoring learning consumption, learner feedback, and adoption trends; sharing insights and recommendations with stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Managing facilitator recruitment, vendor coordination, and communications to support learning delivery and engagement.
- Leading annual learning needs analysis, micro and macro planning, and budget tracking activities, including reforecasts, accruals, and invoice tracking.
- Supporting innovation in learning solutions through the use of instructional systems design frameworks, adult learning approaches, and learning technologies.

Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: Flexible. US time zone and overlap with the FA business is expected
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 9-14 years of experience in learning and development, talent development, instructional design, or human resources
- Experience designing and implementing learning curricula across technical, professional, and leadership topics
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders to identify learning needs and support talent strategy priorities
- Experience managing learning operations, including facilitator coordination, vendor management, and program communications
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, accruals, invoices, or program spend tracking
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Excel
Preferred:
- Experience supporting learning programs for human resources or talent organizations
- Experience implementing learning solutions using education, experience, and exposure models
- Experience conducting facilitator briefings, stakeholder sessions, or recruitment calls
- Experience applying adult learning practices in program design and delivery
