Specialist Manager, Talent Development
Deloitte Leadership and Human Potential (DLHP) is seeking a Specialist Manager, Talent Development to help design and deliver learning experiences that build leadership capability and develop human potential across the firm. In this role, you will translate research, business priorities, and learner needs into scalable curriculum solutions that support talent strategy and business outcomes. You will work across research, design, development, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver high-quality learning solutions on time and within budget.

Supporting curriculum roadmaps and learning strategies aligned to talent development priorities, lifecycles, and business needs.
Designing and developing learning solutions that translate research and skill needs into engaging, learner-centered experiences.
Collaborating with DLHP team members, subject matter experts, academic partners, and program teams across geographies to deliver scalable solutions.
Using data, dashboards, and stakeholder feedback to evaluate portfolio performance and inform continuous improvement.
Leading project threads, operational initiatives, and stakeholder updates while helping secure approvals and drive execution across priorities.

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
8-12 years of experience in learning and development in large global organizations
Experience in instructional design, curriculum design, and development of learning solutions
Experience applying project management practices across multiple concurrent initiatives
Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, subject matter experts, and program teams across geographies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
Master’s degree
Experience designing leadership and professional skills programs for global audiences
Academic background or experience in psychology or organizational behavior
Experience in consulting or professional services
Experience in instructional design or curriculum design in a global organization
