Specialist Manager, Talent Development

Work you'll do
As a Specialist Manager, Talent Development on the Communication Excellence team, you will be responsible for:
• Facilitating live virtual and in-person learning programs on language proficiency, advanced business communication, executive presence, and leadership development for professionals across levels
• Providing individual and group coaching and adapting learning methods based on business needs, content complexity, and learner profiles
• Managing Communication Excellence gym programming, including content creation for live and virtual events and innovation in digital learning experiences using emerging technologies
• Supporting scheduling, reporting, assessments, certification processes, curriculum data management, and historical archives in alignment with operational and compliance requirements
• Managing stakeholder, project, and vendor coordination, including presentations, reporting, client visit planning, licenses, invoices, contract renewals, and third-party risk management activities
The team
Communication Excellence (CE) is part of DLHP. CE helps businesses take a more strategic view of their communication development with structured and tangible solutions, collaborating and performance consulting.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
• 12+ years of experience in learning and development, talent development, communication development, program management, or a corporate learning environment
• Experience facilitating instructor-led learning programs in virtual and in-person formats
• Experience providing individual and group coaching in business communication, language proficiency, executive presence, or leadership development
• Experience managing program operations, including scheduling, reporting, assessments, certification processes, and curriculum data management
• Experience using Microsoft Office, learning technologies, and generative artificial intelligence tools in a business environment
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and vendor coordination, including licenses, invoices, contract renewals, and third-party risk management activities
• Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
• Master’s degree in English Language
• Experience working in a learning and development organization
