Work you'll do
As an Associate Data Management on the Alumni Relations team, you will be responsible for:
- Maintain and cleanse data across customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, including Salesforce, SAP, and Avature, to support accurate contact, account, and campaign records.
- Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and data outputs that track alumni engagement, account activity, and campaign performance.
- Analyze large datasets, identify data gaps and root causes of quality issues, and support remediation and standardization efforts aligned with data governance practices.
- Support newsletter, campaign, and stakeholder reporting activities by preparing data, running queries, and producing insights using Excel and other reporting tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Audit, Tax, Consulting, and Advisory to support alumni initiatives, meet service level agreements, and maintain confidentiality of alumni information.

India Clients, Strategy & Growth is focused on quality and operational excellence and is constantly challenging and refining its business model to ensure proper support of marketing processes, services, and deliverables in the United States. The Mission of Clients, Strategy & Growth is to support, augment, and complement marketing efforts of Deloitte through the development of marketing and business development materials and services.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA), preferably with a major in Marketing or Human Resources
- 1-3 years of experience in alumni relations, talent operations, recruiting, marketing, or university relations
- Experience maintaining, cleansing, and updating data in customer relationship management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce, SAP, Avature, or ServiceNow
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience preparing reports, dashboards, pivots, or campaign tracking outputs using Excel or CRM reporting tools
Preferred:
- Experience supporting alumni, recruiting, or marketing campaigns
- Experience building dashboards or data visualizations
- Experience identifying and resolving data quality issues using data governance standards
- Experience supporting newsletters, surveys, events, or stakeholder communications
- Experience working in a professional services firm or large matrixed organization
