Position Summary

Deloitte G&P Digital is recruiting an analyst for data integrity and reporting, as part of their team that interfaces with variety of teams within the G&P group and the firm.

Work you'll do

As an Associate, Analytics and Insights on the Growth and Purpose Digital team, you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing data management standards, procedures, and best practices while supporting data cleansing, data wrangling, and data mapping
  • Analyzing large datasets using Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access and translating findings into meaningful insights
  • Preparing reports, pivots, and visuals that help stakeholders understand trends and support business decisions
  • Identifying metadata discrepancies, resolving data issues, and maintaining data quality and governance standards
  • Sourcing and maintaining third-party data, updating databases and customer relationship management records, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve reporting processes

The team

U.S. India, Growth and Purpose | Businesses, Global, and Strategic Services (G&P and BGS) drive the marketing programs, initiatives, and priority client-facing programs in the U.S. regions. India G&P and BGS is focused on quality and operational excellence and is constantly challenging and refining its business model to ensure proper support of marketing processes, services, and deliverables in the United States. Mission of G&P and BGS is to support, augment, and complement marketing efforts of Deloitte through the development of marketing and business development materials and services.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in data cleansing, data wrangling, data mapping, or database maintenance
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience preparing stakeholder-ready reports, pivot-based analysis, or data visualizations
  • Experience identifying data discrepancies and maintaining data quality standards
  • Experience using Salesforce or another customer relationship management tool
  • Experience using research tools or third-party data sources to review and update client or company records

Preferred:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Experience using BoardEx, Hoovers, LinkedIn, or similar research platforms
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL)
