Work you'll do
As a Manager, Standardized Strategic Support Services on the Global SIPP team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading assigned strategy projects from planning through delivery, including coordination with global stakeholders
- Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data to develop strategic recommendations
- Applying management frameworks to structure business issues and support decision-making
- Developing executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and presenting findings to internal leadership
- Managing multiple workstreams while promoting knowledge sharing and strong collaboration across US/global and India teams
The team
Our Global SIPP organization is at the core of the Firm's strategy, working hand in hand with member firms, industries and practice areas to help drive long term strategy for Deloitte at the global level. The team informs strategy by helping firm leaders understand our competitors and markets, identify and respond to significant news and events, and frame how we think about, and plan based on the strategy implications of these developments.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree or Master of Business Administration
- 12+ years of work experience, including 10+ years of post-Master of Business Administration experience
- Experience in consulting or corporate strategy roles
- Experience leading strategy projects and coordinating with global stakeholders
- Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and developing strategic recommendations
- Experience developing executive presentation materials and presenting to leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
Preferred:
- Experience applying management frameworks to business problems
- Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams
- Experience promoting knowledge sharing across global teams
- Experience building working relationships with US/global and India stakeholders
- Experience mentoring junior team members
