The professional will be a part of an internal strategy consulting team that influences strategic decision making for the firm. The professional will be part of the India-based Global SIPP team. The professional will need to develop a knowledge of the firm’s business, new technologies, and professional services market at the global level.
The role requires a blend of strategic thinking and technology awareness, with the ability to connect emerging technologies to business strategy and transformation initiatives. It focuses on evaluating and shaping technology-driven strategic initiatives and does not involve hands-on development, coding, solution architecture, or program implementation. The team’s projects are typically high-impact and high-visibility aligned to the firm and leadership’s strategic priorities.
Work you'll do
As an Assistant Manager, Standardized Strategic Support Services on the Global SIPP team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing projects from ideation to delivery with minimal supervision
- Analyzing project data, drawing conclusions, and developing strategic recommendations
- Building, synthesizing, and presenting insights through reports, briefs, and other executive-ready deliverables
- Supporting innovation strategies, including new business models, capability development, and market-facing initiatives
- Evaluating emerging technologies and collaborating with US and India team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to advance assigned projects
The team
Our Global SIPP organization is at the core of the Firm's strategy, working hand in hand with member firms, industries and practice areas to help drive long term strategy for Deloitte at the global level. The team informs strategy by helping firm leaders understand our competitors and markets, identify and respond to significant news and events, and frame how we think about, and plan based on the strategy implications of these developments.

Qualifications
Required:
- Master of Business Administration
- 6+ years of post-Master of Business Administration experience
- Experience in internal consulting, external consulting, strategy, or transformation roles
- Experience managing projects from ideation to delivery
- Experience analyzing data and developing strategic recommendations
- Experience developing reports, briefs, and presentation materials for business audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
Preferred:
- Experience supporting innovation and transformation initiatives involving emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence/generative artificial intelligence, data, or digital platforms
- Experience evaluating technology trends and assessing business implications
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across geographies
