As a Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Sustainability team, you will be responsible for…
- Owning, managing, and driving strategy and data insights projects in coordination with multiple stakeholders
- Developing go-to-market models and analyzing internal and external data using financial analysis and advanced Excel skills
- Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data to draw conclusions and develop strategic recommendations
- Applying management frameworks to assess opportunities and support strategic decision-making
- Developing logically structured PowerPoint presentations and presenting recommendations to internal leadership teams
- Managing multiple workstreams while coaching junior team members and strengthening collaboration across US/global and India teams
The team
The Sustainability team is part of the global firm. The team will work with global and regional sustainability teams at the intersection of businesses, alliances, and industries to orchestrate delivery efforts and solve the most complex challenges in more cohesive, consistent, and exponentially powerful ways.
The team’s goals are:
- Enable leaders to make decisions about strategic investments that deliver transformational growth and incremental earnings for Deloitte’s global sustainability & climate practice
- Use cutting edge qualitative and quantitative research and analytical skills to build in-depth go-to-market (GTM) strategies
Location: Mumbai/Bengaluru
Shift Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree or Master of Business Administration
- 8+ years of strategy experience, including 6+ years of post-Master of Business Administration experience
- Experience in internal consulting, external consulting, corporate strategy, or a combination of these areas
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies or models using qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Experience analyzing internal and external data using financial analysis and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Experience creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and coaching junior team members
Preferred:
- Experience in sustainability, climate, or environmental strategy
- Experience supporting global or regional strategy programs across multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience conducting primary and secondary research to support strategic recommendations
- Experience building market assessments, growth strategies, or investment recommendations
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across businesses, alliances, and industries
- Experience in consulting firms or corporate strategy teams
