Who you’ll work with:
The Global Operate Team is comprised of professionals with various areas of focus that collectively provide mission critical services to support Global Operate’s overall success. Whether focused on sales excellence, delivery transformation, quality and risk management, contracts management, finance and operations, capability build, communications and change management, knowledge management, marketing and market intelligence, or other activities, these professionals ensure that our Firm operates efficiently, and our people can effectively serve clients every day.
Work you’ll do:
The professional will work with the India colleagues and senior leaders across Global Operate. The professional will need to develop a knowledge of the firm’s Operate business, strategic priorities to enable sharing of insights, trends, and escalation of issues/variances as appropriate. The team’s projects are typically high-impact and high-visibility aligned to the global firm and Operate leadership’s strategic priorities. Projects often involve collaboration across workstreams to ensure coordination and alignment.
You will be part of the Global Operate Delivery workstream, focusing on standardizing delivery for Operate services, delivery through AI, and understanding capabilities across the global delivery network. You will work with Global Operate team members and Global leaders from businesses, engagements etc. to drive Operate delivery best practices.
Key responsibilities
Program Management & Delivery Enablement
· Lead and coordinate multiple workstreams, ensuring effective planning, execution, and progress tracking across strategic programs.
· Continue to increase standardization through new and enhanced frameworks, including embedding AI into delivery approaches.
· Support implementation of GDN strategy and help accelerate GDN adoption through structured execution and change enablement.
· Improve the usage of AI, agentic capabilities, and reusable assets through fit-for-purpose frameworks and adoption mechanisms.
· Establish a structured solutioning approach for Finance Operate through solutioning workshops and a community of practices.
· Support solutioning capabilities through the solution architect program and broader community-building efforts.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
· Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Global colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders across geographies.
· Partner with business leaders and team members to align priorities, surface risks, and drive coordinated execution.
· Actively share best practices across Global and India teams to enable consistency, knowledge transfer, and capability uplift.
Requisite core skills
· Experience in strategy, program management, chief of staff, transformation, or business operations roles.
· Knowledge and previous experience in managed services, innovation, strategy & operations, transformational roles.
· Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
· Demonstrated understanding of delivery processes (Technology and Transformation, Finance, T&L, Assurance managed services), solutioning, and business operations in a complex organizational environment.
· Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into strategic recommendations and executive-level communications.
· Proven project and program management capability, including managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
· Experience with AI-enabled transformation, operating model initiatives, or capability-building programs is preferred.
· Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
· Accustomed to working in teams, including virtual teams. Highly developed personal and professional ethics are expected
· Must possess the ability to handle highest level of confidential information
Qualifications, experience, work location, and timing
We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self-motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on small and large projects in a close-knit team.
· Academic qualification: Master’s Degree like MBA
· Work experience:
o Manager: 10-15 years, with at least 8 years of post-MBA experience
· Strong track record with previous employment, preferably with professional services firms or corporate strategy
· Location: Hyderabad
· Comfortable working with team members and stakeholders across geographies and time zones
· Work hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (expected to be flexible with time zones)
