Role Summary
As part of Global Talent Operations – Mobility Platform Management, the team supports AssignmentPro, Deloitte’s global mobility platform used to manage end-to-end mobility lifecycle activities. The team is responsible for platform operations, configuration, change management, testing, data integrity, access governance, and coordination with Deloitte Technology and external vendors to support internal Deloitte stakeholders.
Key Team Responsibilities
- Support projects to migrate internal Deloitte stakeholders to Deloitte Global platforms.
- Manage platform configuration, workflows, and system changes.
- Facilitate the change request management process.
- Act as an advisory partner on feature implementation, enhancements, and platform recommendations for internal Deloitte stakeholders.
- Provide functional and operational support for platform-related issues.
- Support platform change, release, and deployment management.
- Manage testing activities, including test scenario identification, test script creation, and execution of functional and regression testing.
- Maintain data integrity through regular audits and data cleanup activities.
- Manage user access and support governance processes related to data retention and compliance.
- Liaise with Deloitte Technology and vendor teams on projects, releases, and issue resolution.
Assistant Manager – Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Lead day-to-day operations and ensure requests are managed accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Monitor KPIs and service metrics proactively to ensure performance meets or exceeds targets.
- Prepare and review monthly and quarterly business performance reports with the USI Operations Lead.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across member firms.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for stakeholder issues.
- Lead monthly stakeholder calls to review open cases, priorities, and action plans.
- Ensure scheduled team activities are completed, reviewed, and communicated to member firms on time.
Techno-Functional Support
- Serve as a subject matter expert on AssignmentPro platform functionality.
- Review requirements for configuration changes and assess upstream, downstream, and cross-member-firm impacts.
- Support complex cases, configuration requests, and issue resolution requiring deeper functional expertise.
- Review team output, including audit activities, to ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment with requirements.
- Support functional, regression, application, and user acceptance testing.
- Partner with member firm users during UAT cycles to ensure effective testing and issue resolution.
- Maintain current process documentation and knowledge base content.
Vendor and Release Management
- Represent the GTO team on vendor calls and ensure timely updates on open vendor cases.
- Drive resolution and reduction of open issues with vendors.
- Coordinate with vendors during periodic release cycles and support deployment readiness.
People Management
- Conduct regular check-ins with aligned team members.
- Coach and support team members in their development and performance.
- Lead performance review inputs for aligned team members.
- Ensure timely recognition and feedback for strong performance.
Organizational Contribution
- Actively participate in Assistant Manager peer-group meetings.
- Contribute to broader GTO initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
Required
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS applications.
- Experience leading teams that manage incidents, problems, and configuration requests for enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Hands-on experience in SaaS application configuration and administration.
- Experience supporting application release and deployment management.
- Experience working with global stakeholders.
- Experience creating user stories, test cases, and supporting UAT, functional, and regression testing.
- Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and drive results.
- Experience using case management tools such as Salesforce, Azure DevOps/VSTS, or ServiceNow.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Agile or Scrum training/certification preferred; Professional Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Preferred
- Knowledge of database table design and maintenance.
- Experience with HR enterprise applications such as SuccessFactors or AssignmentPro.
