Deloitte is looking for a UX Content Writer to work with the GPS BM&C team for developing a variety of customized marketing content and supporting deliverables, including web content, social media content and UX content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing, a keen understanding of user experience principles, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver compelling and effective content. Individuals in this role will work directly with the US and USI Strategic Marketers and leadership, working closely with multiple stakeholders within the GPS Brand Marketing & Communications competency.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Design on the Government & Public Services (GPS) team, you will be responsible for:
- Creating clear, concise, and engaging content for websites, mobile applications, and other digital interfaces
- Applying content standards, templates, and character-count requirements across digital deliverables
- Collaborating with UX designers, graphic designers, account managers, developers, and marketers to integrate content into the user experience
- Switching between UX content writing, campaign copywriting, and other writing assignments based on business needs
- Supporting content optimization efforts through search best practices, performance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination with broader marketing teams
The team
The Government and Public Services (GPS) team provides solutions in support of market positioning and acquisition activities to maximize Deloitte’s revenue, relationships, and reputation in the Government marketplace. Strategic Marketers (SMs) are key marketing professionals in the Marketing and Communications team at Deloitte who convert business needs into powerful marketing strategies and impactful campaigns. The India team provides efficient, flexible, quality support to SMs through innovative solutions that facilitate strategic decision making and works in collaboration with the US stakeholders in campaigns/activations, competitive intelligence support. Also, the team works closely with the US GPS channels under Client and Sales Excellence including Marketing and Communications, Information Management, Account Management, Competitive & Market Intelligence, Pursuits, and Strategy.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 6-8 years of experience in UX writing, content writing, or a similar writing-focused role
- Experience creating content for digital platforms, including websites and mobile applications
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including designers, developers, and marketers
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines at the same time
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience applying search optimization practices to digital content
- Experience in a marketing, communications, or digital agency environment
Preferred:
- Postgraduate degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or English
- Experience working on government, public sector, or regulated-industry marketing content
- Experience using Figma
- Experience writing for web, mobile, and print channels
- Experience supporting campaign content and broader brand or marketing initiatives
