Services Specialist, Firm Risk, Compliance, and Governance Services- Market Business Relationship
Deloitte’s Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM) team plays a crucial and growing role in helping the firm achieve its Multi-Disciplinary Model (MDM) objectives. EPM is seeking a high performing Analyst for a highly visible team working with senior business, industry, and account leaders to help modernize the Firm’s management of its third-party relationships to support critical MDM agility. The position sits in Growth & Purpose as part of the EPM team and is part of the larger Office of MDM that reports to the Chief Growth & Purpose Officer and business CEOs. The role offers a unique opportunity to help operationalize a new capability aimed at enabling Deloitte’s three world-class businesses to thrive.
Work you'll do
As a Services Specialist, Firm Risk, Compliance, and Governance Services on the Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM) team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing third-party risk data and processes, including data entry, verification, maintenance, audits, renewals, and closure of third-party engagement records in Deloitte compliance systems
- Supporting implementation of the MBR Modernization initiative to improve visibility into Deloitte’s sell-with relationships and support growth
- Activating the MBR operating model by gathering relationship information, confirming segmentation, identifying relationship owners, engaging LCSPs, and ensuring appropriate signaling in internal systems
- Engaging with stakeholders across the firm to support third-party relationships through the lifecycle, from early-stage discussions through establishment of strategic relationships
- Developing recurring reporting, dashboards, and status summaries for leadership on volumes, aging, segmentation, renewal status, and operational performance
- Supporting governance, quality control, process standardization, and issue resolution across Risk, Independence, and business relationship teams
The team
EPM is a “heart of the business” multi-function, integrated team that brings deep MDM insights to tackle some of the firm’s most complex challenges. EPM’s mandate is to optimize our business footprint and unlock revenue by effectively navigating cross-business conflicts and Independence constraints while reducing MDM tension. Optimization requires EPM to proactively inform our business leaders on MDM implications for strategy and investment considerations, as well as vision to see beyond the firm’s current state to influence and optimize for our business of tomorrow.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of professional experience in consulting, client service, project management, program management, compliance operations, governance operations, or data management
- Experience maintaining records and data in business systems or compliance platforms
- Experience performing data entry, data verification, reporting, audits, and record remediation activities
- Experience developing dashboards, status reporting, or operational summaries for leadership
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a virtual team environment
- Strong English oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work the 2 PM to 11 PM shift
Preferred:
- Experience supporting third-party risk, independence, compliance, governance, or marketplace business relationship processes
- Experience working with internal business systems and tools
- Experience supporting process improvement, playbook development, or operating procedure standardization
- Experience partnering with Risk, Independence, or business relationship stakeholders
- Experience working in ambiguous or evolving business environments
