Work you'll do
As a Software Engineer I on the Global Audit & Assurance Quality, Risk & Regulatory team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate
- Assisting with workflow automation, solution troubleshooting, performance optimization, and integration with SharePoint lists, libraries, sites, and other data management components
- Participating in testing activities, including test case preparation, result documentation, defect tracking, and user acceptance testing support
- Preparing and maintaining documentation for application designs, workflows, testing procedures, user instructions, technical guidance, and process changes
- Supporting stakeholder requirements gathering, data management activities, user support, and end-to-end project delivery under the guidance of senior team members
The team
This is an internal firm professional service position that supports firms of the Deloitte organization. Global Audit & Assurance Quality, Risk & Regulatory (GAA QRR) analysts play a critical role in enhancing, preserving and protecting the reputation of the Deloitte organization. Specifically, GAA QRR analysts assist in ensuring compliance with firm policies and professional standards in the areas of audit quality, regulatory compliance, and risk management. This Analyst role will support the Senior Analyst and broader team by assisting with SharePoint Online and Power Platform development, data management, testing, documentation, and user support activities. The ideal candidate must be able to follow direction, work collaboratively, learn quickly, and contribute in a dynamic work environment.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor of Technology, Master of Science in Software Sciences or Information Systems, Master of Computer Applications, or equivalent degree
- 1–3 years of experience with SharePoint Online
- 1–3 years of experience developing or supporting Microsoft Power Apps solutions, including canvas apps, model-driven apps, or SharePoint forms
- 1–3 years of experience developing or supporting workflows and business processes using Power Automate
- Experience with SharePoint Online lists, libraries, sites, permissions, and data management concepts
- Experience with software development life cycle and software testing life cycle concepts
Preferred:
- Experience with HTML, CSS, or jQuery
- Experience with application programming interface services
- Experience with SharePoint Framework development using JavaScript or React
- Experience with Git or other version control systems
- Experience with data structures, database design, and data relationships
- Experience preparing testing documentation, including test cases and defect tracking
