The Senior Analyst – Delivery & Insights supports the execution of priority activities across the Delivery & Insights Pod by providing analytical, operational, and coordination support. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Delivery & Insights, this role turns plans into day-to-day execution, keeps reporting and tracking current, and contributes to consistent, high-quality delivery across Change & Adoption initiatives. The role is well suited for a team member who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, global environment.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Analytics and Insights on the Delivery & Insights team, you will be responsible for supporting reporting, coordination, and execution activities across Change & Adoption priorities.
- Support data collection, validation, and maintenance for key performance indicator tracking and recurring reporting
- Prepare dashboards, leadership updates, status reports, and documentation for quarterly or regulatory reporting needs
- Maintain trackers for priority activities, risks, dependencies, milestones, and follow-up actions across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate stakeholder requests, shared mailbox activity, testing nominations, and recurring communications processes
- Maintain toolkits, communications calendars, distribution lists, knowledge repositories, and shared resources to keep materials current and accessible
The team
The Delivery & Insights team supports Change & Adoption priorities through reporting, coordination, and operational execution across key initiatives. The team works closely with stakeholders to maintain visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and adoption activities. This role contributes to consistent delivery by helping keep core reporting, communications, and tracking processes running effectively.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–6 years of experience in analytics, reporting, operations support, project coordination, or change and adoption support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and collaboration tools
- Experience preparing recurring reports, dashboards, and status updates for leadership review
- Experience maintaining trackers for risks, dependencies, milestones, and action items across multiple workstreams
- Experience supporting stakeholder intake, issue routing, and coordination through shared channels or shared mailboxes
- Experience maintaining document repositories, communications calendars, distribution lists, or shared resources
Preferred:
- Experience supporting change, adoption, operations, or project coordination activities
- Experience preparing materials for quarterly or regulatory reporting requirements
- Experience working with cross-functional or global stakeholders
